Problem

Club Penguin needed communication systems that allowed children to interact creatively while maintaining platform safety, moderation, and accessibility at massive scale.

Approach

I worked with product, moderation, and engineering teams to design safer communication patterns, scalable moderation experiences, and child-friendly interaction systems.

Outcome

The resulting work improved player communication experiences across millions of users and contributed to one of Disney’s patented product innovation initiatives, an anti-bullying, multi-language chat interface.
