Problem

Traditional resume builders often overwhelm users with long forms and blank-page anxiety. Many users abandoned the process early because writing a resume felt intimidating and mentally exhausting.

Approach

I explored conversational UX patterns and AI-assisted interactions that guided users step-by-step through the process. The experience focused on reducing pressure while maintaining clarity and user control.

Outcome

The resulting concepts demonstrated how conversational UX could reduce friction, improve completion confidence, and create a more supportive experience for job seekers.
