I drove the design strategy, rapid prototyping, and usability testing to craft an intuitive AI assistant that delivered personalized writing suggestions and clear value for users. The success of this initiative helped establish a scalable design framework for future AI features company-wide.

The launch drove a 13% increase in conversion rates, reduced funnel time by five minutes, and generated $4.1M in FY2024 revenue. I was named Lead Inventor on BOLD’s AI Writing Help design patent, expanding the company’s intellectual property in AI and strengthening its position as a category leader.
